Customer Service Representative - Showroom

Job Overview

We are seeking two dynamic and motivated Sales Representatives to join our retail team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, driving sales, and maintaining an attractive store environment. Your role is crucial in representing our brand and ensuring a positive experience for our customers.

• Customer Service Excellence: Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating the products they need. Answer customer inquiries regarding product features, pricing, availability, and promotions.
• Product Knowledge: Stay up to date on product details, features, benefits, and new arrivals. Share knowledge with customers to help them make informed purchasing decisions.
• Store Presentation: Ensure that the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times. Maintain product displays according to company guidelines and merchandising standards.
• Cash Handling and Transactions: Accurately process customer transactions using the POS system. Handle cash, credit card payments, and issue receipts.
• Professional Appearance: Maintain a professional and polished appearance, adhering to the store’s dress code and grooming standards. Represent the brand positively through courteous, respectful, and professional interactions with customers and colleagues.

Bachelors

• Experience in retail sales, customer service, or related fields.
• Knowledge of IT / IoT Products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell and meet sales targets.
• Positive attitude with a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
