Key Responsibilities
* Support daily mall operations including security, housekeeping, maintenance, parking, and customer service.
* Act as the primary operational point of contact for retail tenants, coordinating access, maintenance requests, and approvals.
* Support health & safety practices to maintain a safe environment for shoppers, tenants, and staff.
* Support operational planning and execution of mall events, promotions, and activations.
* Maintain accurate operational logs, permits, and documentation.## Requirements
* Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
* 2–4 years of experience in retail mall operations, facilities management, or property management.
* Experience with in the UAE retail or mixed-use environment is preferred.
* Strong coordination, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
* Excellent communication skills;
English is mandatory, Arabic is an advantage.## Benefits
