Your role is critical in creating a welcoming atmosphere that enhances the shopping experience for all customers. As a valued team member, you will be instrumental in maintaining the supermarket's reputation for excellence and ensuring operational efficiency.

• Assist customers in locating desired products and answering their queries.
• Ensure shelves are fully stocked, neatly arranged, and correctly labeled.
• Maintain store cleanliness and conduct regular cleaning of aisles and shelves.
• Support the checkout process by bagging groceries and assisting cashiers when needed.
• Monitor inventory levels and notify management of any shortages or discrepancies.
• Help in unloading and organizing incoming deliveries and store orders correctly.
• Operate supermarket equipment safely and report any malfunctions immediately.
• Provide assistance in merchandising and setting up promotional displays effectively.
• Ensure all products on shelves meet the quality standards and are within date.
• Guide customers on store navigation, promotions, and product locations.
• Coordinate with team members to enhance the overall customer shopping experience.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies while performing duties.

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred for this position.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is advantageous for the role.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift and move heavy items.
• Attention to detail with a focus on maintaining store appearance and orderliness.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
