Sales Merchandiser

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Merchandiser to drive sales while ensuring proper product visibility, availability, and merchandising standards at retail outlets. The role combines sales execution with in-store merchandising to maximize brand presence and revenue.
Key Responsibilities- Visit assigned retail outlets daily and achieve sales targets
- Take orders, follow up on deliveries, and ensure stock availability
- Ensure correct product placement, planograms, and shelf visibility
- Arrange products attractively and maintain cleanliness of displays
- Install and maintain POS materials (posters, wobblers, displays, stands)
- Monitor stock levels, expiry dates, and product rotation (FIFO)
- Build strong relationships with store managers and staff
- Implement promotions, price changes, and in-store activities
- Collect market feedback and monitor competitor activities
- Prepare daily sales and merchandising reports
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Experience in sales or merchandising, preferably in FMCG / Food & Beverages
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Valid driver’s license (if field-based role)
