- Build long-term relationships with customers through trust, follow-up, and service excellence.
- Leadcustomersthroughthefullsalesprocess.

- Stayinformedaboutproductupdates,trends,andcyclinginnovations.
- Confidentlyhandletechnicalcustomerinquiriesandofferappropriatesolutionsoralternatives.
- Ensureoptimalpresentationofmerchandiseanddisplays.
- Supportrestocking,tagging,andlayoutexecutioninlinewithbrandguidelines.
- Conductregularstockchecksandproactivelyflaglowinventoryorcustomerrequests.
- Supportteammembers,share knowledge,andmaintainapositiveworkingenvironment.
- Participateinproducttraining,teamrides,andstoreinitiatives.
- Represent the Wolfi’sbrandwithprofessionalismandpassioninallcustomerandteam interactions.
- 3–4 years of experience in retail or customer-facing roles, ideally in cycling, sports, or lifestyle retail.
- Deeppassionforcyclingandagenuineinterestinthecyclingcommunity.
- Strong sales acumen and customer-centric mindset.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in English, other languages is a plus.
- Apassionatecyclistorenthusiastwhothrivesonconnectingpeopletotherightgear.
- Energetic and goal-oriented with a love for delivering memorable customer experiences.
- Aconfidentcommunicatorwithahighsenseofaccountabilityandattentiontodetail.
