ATIXperts is hiring a Store & Local Purchase Executive to manage inventory and handle local procurement for project needs. The role requires strong coordination with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
QualificationBachelor’s in Supply Chain / Business Administration or Diploma in relevant field
Experience3–5 years in store keeping & procurement (industrial projects preferred)
NationalityAny (UAE-based or willing to relocate)
Key Responsibilities- Manage inventory, stock levels, and material issuance for ongoing projects
- Handle local procurement of mechanical, electrical, and consumable items
- Coordinate with vendors for quotations, negotiations, and timely deliveries
- Maintain proper documentation (GRN, LPOs, stock registers, invoices)
- Track material usage and ensure availability for site requirements
- Work closely with project and procurement teams to optimize cost and lead time
