Responsibilities

• Demonstrate makeup application techniques and skincare routines to enhance customer experience and drive product sales.
• Maintain an organized and visually appealing display of products to attract customers and promote merchandise effectively.
• Conduct follow-up communications with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to create a cohesive shopping environment that aligns with brand values and enhances customer experience.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales to contribute to team performance metrics.
• Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques continually.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in beauty retail or a similar customer-facing role, showcasing strong sales performance.
• Certification in makeup artistry or skincare is highly desirable to enhance credibility with clients.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and inventory management software for efficient operations.
• A passion for beauty and skincare, with a keen interest in current trends and products.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet customer needs.
