Responsibilities
Engage customers with a warm welcome and actively listen to their needs to provide tailored product recommendations. Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring merchandise is displayed according to brand standards. Process transactions efficiently, handling cash, credit, and returns while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking shelves so that popular items remain readily available.
Utilize point‑of‑sale systems to track sales data and analyze customer buying trends for effective merchandising. Share product knowledge confidently, educating customers on features and benefits to enhance their shopping experience. Resolve customer complaints and inquiries swiftly, turning potential issues into positive experiences to foster loyalty. Collaborate with team members during busy periods to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service. Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on new products and sales techniques that drive performance.
High school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for candidates holding a degree in business or retail management. Previous retail experience of at least 1–2 years, demonstrating a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. Strong communication skills in English, with additional language proficiency preferred to serve diverse customer bases. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment while also being self‑motivated and goal‑oriented.
Excellent problem‑solving skills to address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly. A positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the retail schedule.
