Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Fashion Advisor has several key partners:
Internally – wider fashion retail and office teams. Externally – our clients.
Ensure clients are welcomed in the required manner to create strong relationships and encourage brand loyalty. Ensure that sales and procedures are followed accurately. Deliver the Chanel relational promise. Support the creation by proposing the Chanel full allure and offering the best of the brand to every client, putting Chanel products at the heart of the client experience. Build client relationships based on Chanel core values.
Immerse clients in a transformative experience that reflects the style of Chanel. Contribute to make our aftersales application tangible and engage clients beyond product experience. Embrace the Chanel sustainability core values and fashion posture.
Ensure all grooming standards are in line with Chanel image as outlined in the Chanel guidelines. Understand and maintain all boutique areas according to current merchandising guidelines. Be aware of stock levels, participate regularly in inventory management including cycle counts and re-stocking. Work effectively and efficiently with colleagues and management in line with Chanel values of communication, agility, growth mindset, team spirit, and collaboration.
Qualifications- 3 to 5 years sales experience in a fashion retail environment.
- Good understanding of the UAE market and its clients.
- Enthusiasm for fashion and dedication to service excellence.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and styling skills.
- Russian language is a must.
