We are looking for an In-Store Merchandiser to support daily merchandising activities within the retail store. This is a back‑end store‑based role with no direct customer interaction focused on maintaining product displays, stock organization, and visual standards.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in arranging and replenishing products on shelves as per merchandising guidelines.
- Ensure proper product placement, pricing, and labeling.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of display areas and stock sections.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the store team for replenishment.
- Support implementation of promotions and in‑store campaigns.
- Check expiry dates and ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) is followed.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock audits.
- High school or equivalent qualification.
- 0–1 year of retail/store experience preferred.
- Basic understanding of merchandising principles is an advantage.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Physically fit to handle stocking and movement of goods.
