Field Sales & Merchandising Representative; short
Job Responsibilities
Conduct regular field visits to retail outlets and workshops across assigned locations. Execute POSM placement posters, danglers, buntings in line with brand guidelines. Follow and implement planograms to ensure proper product visibility. Maintain and monitor in‑store branding standards. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and store workshop staff. Support sales activities by promoting products and identifying opportunities. Ensure consistent brand presence and visibility across all locations.
Provide feedback from the field on customer preferences, competition, and product performance. Manage day‑to‑day field operations including route planning and timely store visits. Share regular updates and reports on visits, placements, and sales support activities.
- Proven field merchandising experience (mandatory)
- Good understanding of POSM execution and retail standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Preferably with experience or knowledge in automotive oils and lubricants
- Background in sales or customer‑facing roles is an advantage
- Comfortable with extensive fieldwork and client interaction
