The F B Salesman / Saleslady is responsible for serving customers, promoting products, handling sales transactions, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant customer experience at the outlet.
Key Responsibilities- Greet customers and assist them in selecting food and beverage items.
- Take orders accurately and process them through the POS system.
- Promote upselling and suggest additional items to increase sales.
- Ensure products are displayed attractively and replenished regularly.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the counter and service area.
- Handle cash, card payments and issue receipts properly.
- Pack items as per company standards.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve basic complaints.
- Monitor stock levels and inform supervisors about shortages.
- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
- Previous experience in F B retail or customer service preferred.
- Basic communication skills in English;
Arabic is an advantage. - Friendly, presentable and customer-focused.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of POS and cash handling.
- Flexible with shifts, weekends and holidays.
