Merchandiser, Retail

We are in need of a skilled and experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Abu Dhabi.

As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for managing the overall visual appearance of our products and ensuring they are displayed in an attractive and appealing manner to customers. Your main goal will be to increase sales by creating eye-catching displays and maintaining proper inventory levels.

• Develop and implement creative merchandising strategies to attract customers.
• Ensure all products are accurately labeled and priced.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely restocking.
• Work closely with the sales team to understand customer behavior and preferences.
• Plan and execute product displays that are visually appealing and highlight key features.
• Regularly review sales data to identify trends and adjust merchandising strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional events and campaigns.
• Train and supervise other merchandisers as needed.

• Proven experience as a Merchandiser or a similar role in the retail industry.
• Knowledge of visual design principles, color schemes, and product placement techniques.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with various teams.
• Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data‑driven decisions on display strategies.
• Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Physical stamina for lifting, carrying, arranging products, and standing for long periods of time.
• Knowledge of Arabic language is preferred but not required.

Salary: 900$ per month.

Abu Dhabi.
