As Assistant Store Manager, you'll support the Store Manager in all operational aspects including sales, team development, and customer service excellence. You will act as the key contact during the Store Manager's absence and ensure consistent compliance with company policies, branding, and sales objectives.

• Lead and motivate the store team to deliver exceptional customer experiences in line with CX standards
• Ensure achievement of sales and performance KPIs through effective planning and team coaching
• Build strong relationships with internal teams including Marketing, Buying, and Planning to maximize business outcomes
• Oversee store activities including promotions, visual merchandising, and day‑to‑day floor operations
• Handle escalated customer complaints promptly and professionally
• Support stock control, loss prevention, and store compliance practices
• Maintain business continuity and decision‑making responsibilities when the Store Manager is unavailable

• High school diploma required; retail‑related qualifications are a plus
• 4-5 years of experience in retail store operations, ideally in a leadership or supervisory role
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and management skills
• A collaborative team player with a proactive approach to problem solving and service delivery
