The Franchise Development Manager - ADNOC Distribution Abu Dhabi will lead the planning, development, and execution of ADNOC's franchise strategy to support retail growth objectives. This role is responsible for identifying and negotiating franchise opportunities, managing franchisee relationships, ensuring compliance with agreements, and overseeing performance across the franchise network. The position also drives marketing alignment, operational excellence, and profitability within the UAE retail market and beyond.

• Develop and implement franchise strategy and business plans aligned with ADNOC Retail Group objectives
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities, assess new markets, and evaluate financial feasibility
• Negotiate franchise agreements, oversee site selection, design, construction, training, and launch processes
• Build strong relationships with franchisees, providing ongoing guidance, support, and operational feedback
• Monitor and report on franchise performance, profitability, and compliance with contracts and policies
• Conduct audits and inspections to ensure alignment with ADNOC brand, service, and quality standards
• Support franchisees with localized marketing campaigns while maintaining corporate brand consistency
• Implement franchise performance management systems and report outcomes to senior leadership
• Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing through franchise meetings, events, and forums

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• At least 8 years of experience in franchise development and management, preferably in retail, oil and gas, or automotive sectors
• Strong knowledge of franchise agreements, contracts, financial analysis, and performance evaluation
• Deep understanding of UAE retail market dynamics, regulations, and consumer behavior
• Proven ability to manage franchise operations, ensure compliance, and drive profitability
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
• Creative, results-driven, and customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and relevant business software
