Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and proactively offering assistance and product information to enhance their shopping experience.
• Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods while ensuring proper documentation.
• Maintain a visually appealing and organized store environment by restocking shelves, arranging merchandise, and implementing visual merchandising displays.
• Provide expert product knowledge, advising customers on product features, benefits, and suitability based on their needs and preferences.

• Possesses a high school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a foundational level of education.
• Demonstrates prior retail experience (1-2 years), showcasing familiarity with sales environments and customer interaction.
• Exhibits strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with customers and colleagues.
• Shows proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills, necessary for transaction processing and data entry.
