Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and proactively offering assistance and product information to enhance their shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods while ensuring proper documentation.
- Maintain a visually appealing and organized store environment by restocking shelves, arranging merchandise, and implementing visual merchandising displays.
- Provide expert product knowledge, advising customers on product features, benefits, and suitability based on their needs and preferences.
- Possesses a high school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a foundational level of education.
- Demonstrates prior retail experience (1-2 years), showcasing familiarity with sales environments and customer interaction.
- Exhibits strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with customers and colleagues.
- Shows proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills, necessary for transaction processing and data entry.
