• Assist the Store Manager in leading day-to-day store operations, including staff supervision, performance reviews, and scheduling
• Drive a customer‑centric culture by delivering outstanding service standards across all customer touchpoints
• Monitor and drive sales performance by setting clear goals and coaching the team to achieve key KPIs
• Coordinate with marketing, planning, and buying teams to align store execution with campaigns and promotions
• Manage inventory, minimize stock loss, and ensure accurate visual merchandising in line with brand standards
• Handle store operations in the absence of the Store Manager, ensuring smooth functionality and customer satisfaction
• Implement operational policies, maintain store security and ensure compliance with company standards

• Diploma or High School Certificate; retail‑related qualifications are an advantage
• 4‑5 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Strong understanding of store KPIs and experience driving sales growth
• Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage operational challenges and deliver consistent performance
