National Customer Service Associate | Retail | M&S | Dalma Mall - Abu Dhabi Overview Of The Role

  • The Customer Service Associate plays a key role in delivering exceptional service to customers, maintaining store standards, managing inventory, and assisting with sales. The role involves handling customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring the store is well‑stocked and visually appealing, and operating the cash register in accordance with company policies. Success in this role requires strong customer service skills, a detail‑oriented approach to store maintenance, and the ability to effectively recommend and sell products.
What

You Will Do Customer Service
  • Engage with customers to provide a high level of service and assist with their needs.
  • Address basic customer complaints and escalating issues as needed.
Visual Merchandising & Store Maintenance
  • Ensure that the store is well‑organized and adheres to company visual merchandising standards.
  • Regularly clean and maintain the sales floor to create an inviting shopping environment.
  • Actively participate in receiving new shipments and restocking the store.
  • Help manage inventory and ensure the store is fully stocked.
  • Recommend products to customers based on their needs, focusing on upselling and cross‑selling.
  • Stay updated on product information to make informed recommendations.
Cash Register Operation
  • Operate the cash register, process transactions, and follow company policies for handling payments.
  • Ensure accurate cash handling and maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
