In-Store Sales
- Assist customers with their inquiries.
- Process transactions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming storefront.
- Host regular scheduled live‑selling sessions on social media platforms to showcase products.
- Answer viewer questions in real‑time and drive online sales.
- Plan and shoot engaging social media promotions, short videos, and reels to boost brand awareness and highlight new arrivals.
- Keep track of in‑store stock levels.
- Coordinate with the e‑commerce team to ensure product availability.
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication abilities.
- Camera confidence: ability to present products clearly, maintain high energy, and host engaging live sessions.
- Experience in retail sales, solid understanding of product knowledge.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a proactive, sales‑driven mindset.
- Experience in hosting engaging live sessions or a strong passion for social media interaction.
- Basic familiarity with social commerce and related platforms (Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, etc.).
- Fluency in English required; additional languages and Arabic a plus.
- Prior experience in a similar retail or customer‑facing role preferred.
- Flexibility to work on‑site and availability to work during peak seasonal times.
