The Sales Executive will be responsible for delivering an outstanding shopping experience, achieving sales targets, and promoting AMWAJ's luxury jewellery collections. The ideal candidate will possess strong product knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in luxury retail sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome customers and identify their needs and preferences.
  • Present and explain jewellery features, craftsmanship, and product benefits.
  • Recommend complementary products and upsell where appropriate.
  • Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
  • Calculate, quote, and negotiate jewellery pricing and discounts within approved guidelines.
  • Advise customers on product availability and upcoming collections.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities and provide feedback to management.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and showroom presentation.
  • Support the Sales Manager and General Manager with additional duties as required.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably within a luxury jewellery retailer or high‑end luxury retail environment.
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic is essential.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Computer literate with proficiency in standard business applications.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
  • Passion for luxury products and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
