• Ensure an exceptional after‑sales experience, adhering to all repair and return processes and maintaining the highest service standards.

• Minimum of two years' experience of sales and customer service within the retail luxury industry.
• Experience in watches or jewellery highly preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build working relationships.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in English & Arabic or Russian.
