Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate mobile phones, gadgets and accessories to customers
- Explain product features, specifications and promotions
- Assist customers in selecting products based on their needs
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Maintain product displays and ensure stock availability
- Build positive customer relationships and handle inquiries
- Track competitor activities and provide market feedback
- Ensure compliance with company sales and merchandising standards
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 3 years of retail sales or mobile phone sales experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Passion for technology and consumer electronics
- Ability to work flexible shifts weekends and holidays
