Arakkal Gold & Diamonds is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executives to join its growing team across multiple locations in the UAE. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who are passionate about jewellery, enjoy working in a fast‑paced retail environment, and have strong sales and customer service abilities.
The role involves engaging with customers, understanding their requirements, and guiding them through product selections to enhance their buying experience. The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining stock accuracy, ensuring attractive product displays, and supporting overall store operations while maintaining high service and security standards.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and engage customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Present jewellery collections and assist customers in making purchase decisions
- Prepare product estimates and complete sales transactions efficiently
- Achieve assigned sales targets for specific product categories
- Maintain daily stock records including opening and closing inventory counts
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of inventory
- Track slow‑moving or dead stock and coordinate with management for resolution
- Ensure attractive product display and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Safeguard jewellery stock and report any security concerns immediately
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide effective solutions
- Support marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and customer engagement activities
- Identify potential customers and contribute to lead generation efforts
- Follow store operational procedures and cost‑control measures
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships within the retail industry
- 2–3 years of UAE experience in jewellery retail sales
- Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills
- Target‑driven and energetic personality
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced retail environment
- Good understanding of stock management and inventory control
- Professional attitude with strong interpersonal skills
- Preferred educational qualifications:
High School Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, or Equivalent Qualification
