Visual Commercial

Responsibilities

• In charge of merchandising the store in accordance with the company Brand guidelines.
• Promote new lines effectively.
• Support the commercial manager to identify and action creative visual ideas for the store with appropriate use of in‑store props and mannequins.
• Keep up to date on the latest fashion trends and provide feedback on company activity.
• Plan the commercial and visual activity of the store on a daily, weekly, seasonal basis and analyse daily information to take necessary actions.
• Work alongside the operational team to ensure RFID practice is always in place.
• Control product levels in the store and communicate with senior management any product needs.
• Manage all procedures related to product–Consigna orders, filters, blockings, RFID reports.
• Provide a high level of customer service within the store and follow customer service action plans.
• Support customer service with product knowledge and awareness of new arrivals, replenishment of best sellers, offering alternatives.
• Resolve customer queries as they arise and refer to senior management when necessary.
• Participate in training and development of commercial colleagues and work alongside management to support new starters' training.
• Ensure good housekeeping is maintained throughout all areas of the store and communicate to senior management in case of an accident.
• Always be aware of safe work practices and company procedures to mitigate risks to employees and customers.

• 1-2 years of related professional experience.
• Previous fashion retail experience.
• Good team management skills.
• Visual flair and creative thinking required.
• Numeric and analytic skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
