. This role is ideal for candidates with strong leadership skills, retail management experience, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, driving sales performance, managing team members, and ensuring customers enjoy an exceptional shopping experience. You will also take responsibility for store operations whenever the Store Manager is unavailable.

• Assist in managing the daily operations of the retail store.
• Lead and motivate the store team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Help achieve monthly and annual sales targets while improving store performance.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify opportunities to increase sales.
• Support the planning and execution of promotional campaigns and in-store activities.
• Build strong working relationships with internal departments, including Marketing, Buying, and Planning.
• Ensure visual merchandising and brand standards are consistently maintained.
• Supervise inventory management and help reduce stock loss through compliance with company policies.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Prepare reports and support operational improvements to enhance store efficiency.

• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• A retail-related qualification is considered an advantage.
• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in retail, including supervisory or management responsibilities.
• Previous experience in fashion, lifestyle, or retail stores is preferred.
• Strong understanding of store operations and customer experience standards.
