Responsibilities
- Monitor on-shelf stock levels and ensure zero out-of-stock (OOS) situations for all product lines.
- Practice first-in, first-out (FIFO) inventory rotation to manage product freshness and minimize expiry risk.
- Check backroom store warehouse inventory levels and coordinate timely replenishment orders with sales representatives.
- Design and implement visually appealing merchandising displays that align with brand standards and attract customer attention.
- Deploy promotional displays and thematic setups on time for specific marketing campaigns or seasonal activations.
Minimum of 1 years of experience in merchandising or retail management to demonstrate expertise in the field.
Proven track record of successful merchandising strategies that have driven sales growth and customer engagement.
Certifications in visual merchandising or retail management are a plus, showcasing commitment to professional development.
