Responsibilities- Ensures the physical management of the stock of goods.
- Operates stock movements in the dedicated software and files.
- Keeps documents related to stocks.
- Periodically counts the stock of goods.
- Reports any discrepancy between the physical and written stock to the hierarchical superior.
- Provides stock information to relevant stakeholders.
- Respects stock management legislation.
- Performs the physical reception of goods at the entrance to the company's warehouse.
- Reports differences between the physical and written goods at the reception of the goods at the warehouse to the hierarchical superior.
- Records, processes, and stores information regarding the situation of stocks.
- Efficiently uses storage space for goods, constantly organizing stock and work spaces.
- Performs dry cleaning pick‑up/drop‑off operations.
- Ensures proper sizing when handing over any uniforms.
- Identifies and recommends modifications to uniforms for a better fit.
- Collaborates with tailors.
- Manages the spare uniforms stock, ensuring sufficient items for every timeframe.
- Maintains visual records of every employee’s uniform fit.
- Offers correct and complete information regarding uniforms and appearance‑related procedures.
- Communicates politely and professionally with any departments and suppliers.
- Monitors and handles QA reports regarding uniforms.
- Monitors live streams and reports on any encountered issues.
- Updates employees’ Personal Appearance Files accordingly.
- English (written and spoken).
- PC literate.
- Exceptional presentation skills.
- Communication and self‑control skills.
- Attention skills.
- Experience working in retail or warehousing is a plus.
- Accommodation will be provided by the company.
