A leading Shopping Mall is seeking an experienced Retail Leasing Manager. This role is responsible for leasing all remaining units, liaising with senior management, negotiating rents, closing deals, and managing the retail mix for the development, including decisions on tenant location.
Responsibilities- Leasing of all remaining units in the mall
- Liaise with senior management to align leasing strategy
- Negotiate rents and close leasing deals with tenants
- Participate in the retail mix strategy, deciding tenant locations and contributing to the overall tenant brand mix
- Maintain strong relationships with prospective and current tenants
- Strong background in retail leasing, with proven experience in a shopping mall environment
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close high‑value leasing deals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams
- Proactive, goal‑oriented, and comfortable in a fast‑paced retail environment
