- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Monitor daily sales performance and implement strategies to maximize revenue.

- Drive profitability by managing expenses and minimizing operational losses.
- Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the store.

- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, health and safety standards, and UAE regulations.
- Monitor cash handling procedures and ensure accurate daily cash reconciliation.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely stock replenishment.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise store staff.
- Prepare employee schedules and manage attendance.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching.
- Motivate the team to achieve sales and customer service goals.
- Address employee concerns and maintain a positive work environment.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly.
- Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

- Ensure proper receiving, storage, and merchandising of products.
- Maintain attractive visual merchandising displays in line with brand guidelines.
- Ensure promotional displays are implemented correctly.
- Monitor product placement and pricing accuracy.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports.
- Monitor KPIs including sales achievement, conversion rate, average transaction value (ATV), units per transaction (UPT), footfall, and staff productivity.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, and Operations on store-related matters.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, cash, and staff documentation.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Commerce, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience as a Retail Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
- Experience in fashion, beauty, cosmetics, lifestyle, FMCG, or luxury retail is an advantage.
- UAE retail experience is preferred.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
- Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Inventory and stock management experience.
- Cash handling and reconciliation knowledge.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience using retail POS and ERP systems.
- Achievement of sales targets.
