We are currently recruiting a Store Manager (Arabic) for our client based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Store Manager to lead the operations of a leading consumer electronics retail store in Abu Dhabi
. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, driving sales performance, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing and developing store staff, and enhancing brand visibility. This role requires a proactive leader with strong sales acumen, retail management experience, and established business networks within Abu Dhabi
.

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the retail store, ensuring smooth and efficient performance.
• Drive sales growth and achieve monthly sales and profitability targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and customer engagement.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a positive in-store experience.
• Lead, coach, and motivate store employees to achieve business objectives and performance targets.
• Manage inventory, stock levels, merchandising standards, and retail loss prevention initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders.
• Support marketing, promotional, and PR activities to enhance brand awareness and store performance.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to overall business growth.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt sales strategies.
• Maintain effective communication with staff, customers, and senior management.

• Minimum 4 years of retail experience
  , including 2+ years in a Store Manager/Supervisor role
  .
• Experience in electronics, mobile, or computer showroom sales
  .
• Native Arabic speaker is required.
• Proven ability to drive sales growth and achieve targets.
• Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
• Experience working with multicultural teams.
• Good knowledge of the Abu Dhabi market with an established customer network.
