Beauty Advisor

Overview

Position based in Yas Mall, Abu Dhabi. As a Beauty Advisor, you will be part of the sales team within our Fragrance & Beauty Boutique (make-up, fragrances and skincare), and you will contribute to creating a loyal client database by ensuring a unique and memorable experience is given to each client.

• Keep up with the latest beauty trends and engage in self-learning.
• Act as a brand ambassador by adhering to grooming guidelines at all times.
• Surpass client expectations by creating tailor-made experiences, offering personalized solutions and ensuring excellence in client service in accordance with Chanel’s rituals and standards.
• Welcome clients in the expected manner to build strong relationships and brand loyalty.
• Develop cross-selling among all categories in the boutique.
• Handle client complaints and requests effectively and according to guidelines.
• Build your own client database and focus on clienteling alongside your manager.
• Participate actively in beauty events and workshops organized for clients.
• Ensure the boutique is perfectly maintained in respect to VM guidelines.
• Participate in boutique operations, providing your manager with appropriate reports.
• Collaborate with others and contribute to building the success of the boutique by achieving sales targets and KPIs.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a high-end or luxury retail environment.
• Fluency in English is required;
  Arabic or Russian is an advantage.
• Passionate about makeup and beauty with strong understanding of excellent client experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactive mindset and intercultural approach.
