Sales Target Achievement – Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.

Conversion Rate – Percentage of customers who make a purchase after being assisted.

Average Transaction Value (ATV) – Increase the average value of each sale.

Units Per Transaction (UPT) – Increase the number of items sold per customer.

Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) – Receive positive customer feedback and maintain high service standards.

Upselling & Cross-selling Rate – Successfully recommend additional or higher-value products.

Product Knowledge – Demonstrate strong knowledge of products and promotions.

Stock Replenishment Accuracy – Ensure shelves are well-stocked and products are correctly displayed.

Inventory Accuracy – Minimize stock discrepancies during stock counts.
