Key Requirements
- Experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or Senior Sales Executive
- Experience in optical retail is mandatory
- Strong sales, customer service, and team management skills
- Knowledge of inventory management, cash handling, and retail reporting
- Presentable, confident, and target-oriented
- Ability to manage store operations independently
