The Sales Assistant is responsible for sales generation and delivering a positive customer experience in the market hall area. They support all operational duties, as assigned by the shopkeeper, which include arranging products and maintaining the sales floor. The role requires maintaining store cleanliness and upholding store standards, greeting and assisting customers, and ensuring adherence to company policies. The Sales Assistant plays an integral part in meeting sales targets and contributing to the store's overall success.

- Complete other duties as assigned by the shopkeeper.
- Meet or exceed weekly sales targets.
- Participate in all market hall inventories.
- Attend all store meetings and related functions.
- Maintain punctuality and adhere to the designated work schedule.

- Create a positive first impression for customers through an energetic attitude and adherence to dress code.
- Greet customers immediately upon entering the store with a smile.
- Provide customers with current and relevant information.

- Ability to lift and handle stock safely.
- Capability to stand for long periods.

- High School Degree.
- 1 year of retail sales experience.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Physically fit to lift products and stand for a minimum of 8 hours.
