Beauty Consultant - Yves Saint Laurent, Grove

Chalhoub Group, a leading luxury retailer in the Middle East, is seeking a Beauty Consultant to join our team. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets while maintaining high standards of store presentation.

• Build and maintain guest experience standards to foster loyalty.
• Address customer queries regarding products, pricing, availability, usage, and services.
• Communicate with customers to assess their needs, provide assistance, and exceed expectations.
• Advise customers on product ranges best suited to their needs.
• Demonstrate usage and benefits of various brands and products.
• Generate sales and achieve line and sales targets using makeup knowledge.
• Track sell‑out targets at the store level.
• Generate daily sales reports.
• Participate in incentive programs.
• Track post‑launch sales at the store level.
• Maintain merchandising levels in accordance with brand guidelines.
• Manage in‑store stock replenishment on appropriate shelves and counters.
• Report stock shortages using the stock order form.
• Ensure stock receipt follows established procedures.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the beauty industry.
• Proven experience across skincare, makeup, and fragrance categories.
• Strong knowledge of luxury retail standards and premium customer service.
• Fluent English communication skills (spoken); additional languages are an advantage.
