** CONTEXT & ENVIRONMENT:
** CHANEL boutiques are the heart of the brand’s vision. As a Beauty Advisor, you will be part of the sales team within our Fragrance & Beauty Boutique (make-up, fragrances and skincare), and you will contribute to creating a loyal client database by ensuring a unique and memorable experience is given to each client.

* Developing cross-selling among all categories in the boutique
* Handling client complaints and requests effectively and according to guidelines

** Boutique operation:
*** Ensuring the Boutique is perfectly well maintained in respect to the VM guidelines
* Understanding and participating in the operation of the Boutique and provide your Manager with appropriate reports
* Collaborating with others and contributing to building the success of the Boutique by achieving sales targets and KPIs

** KEY COMPETENCIES & REQUIREMENTS:
*** You are a Beauty Advisor with at least 5 years of experience within a high-end or Luxury Retail environment.
* Fluency in English is a must, Arabic or Russian would be an advantage.
* You are passionate about make-up and beauty overall and have a strong understanding of excellent client experience.
* You have strong interpersonal and communication skills, along with a proactive mindset and an intercultural approach.
