Store Manager - Lacoste

What you'll be doing

Our Store Manager is responsible for driving the store business, achieving sales targets, building a loyal VIP customer base, managing the team, and ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and store processes.

Drive the Business

• Lead by example and represent the brand by communicating its values and philosophy through all activities and interactions with customers and other team members.
• Define, execute, and monitor the store action plan to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Manage the customer database to build strong relationships and create future selling opportunities.
• Stay ahead of latest trends, products, and competitors; share feedback with stakeholders; conduct quarterly SWOT analysis and discuss outcomes with team and line manager.
• Think hybrid by leveraging all types of point‑of‑sale, both online and offline.

Team Leadership and Development

• Provide a clear vision to the team about the business and store’s direction.
• Identify, recruit, develop, and retain strong talents.
• Create a positive work environment based on trust, respect, and fairness, and voice employee feedback to leadership and HR.
• Act as a coach for team members, promote a growth mindset, and monitor development plans and professional growth.
• Ensure performance improvement plans are discussed and documented transparently.

Customer Experience

• Develop the omnichannel mindset among the team by promoting the different touchpoints of the customer experience (physical and digital).
• Use clienteling approaches focused on VIPs, leveraging customer data to proactively cater to their needs and preferences across the brand’s e‑commerce business.
• Recruit new clients and convert them into loyal VIP customers by providing an excellent experience and networking regularly.

Operational Excellence

• Ensure all sales and operational policies and procedures (SOPs) are followed and maintained.
• Ensure e‑commerce orders are prepared and processed within the set SLAs, with no pending fulfillment action in the store.
• Leverage available technology tools (Clienteling app, OMS, Whats App Business, etc.) and ensure the team is trained.
• Ensure all operating standards are followed from stock replenishment to display organization per brand VM guidelines.
• Ensure healthy floor coverage by analyzing traffic data and anticipating peak hours.
• Ensure all processes comply with legal, safety, security, retail store operations, and HR guidelines; collaborate with relevant teams to improve them and address issues promptly.

• Currently based in Abu Dhabi or open to relocating.
• Experience in a leadership role within luxury or high‑end retail.
• Communication proficiency;
  Arabic or Russian language a benefit.
• Extensive experience in a client‑driven environment within a store leadership role.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Highly organized with exceptional time‑management skills.
