Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Assistant role based in our branches The Sales Assistant will welcome customers, provide product information, and guide them in selecting fragrances that match their preferences and occasions. Responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, maintaining store presentation and stock displays, and processing sales transactions accurately. The role also involves handling customer inquiries and feedback, supporting promotional activities, and contributing to a refined and hospitable boutique atmosphere.
The Sales Assistant will work closely with the store team to meet sales targets, uphold brand standards, and ensure a high-quality customer experience at all times.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and sales skills, with the ability to build rapport and understand customer needs.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken English;
Arabic or additional languages are an advantage. - Basic point-of-sale and cash handling skills, with attention to accuracy and detail.
- Interest in fragrances, luxury retail, and brand storytelling, with the ability to learn and present product features.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, maintain store appearance, and follow visual merchandising guidelines.
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- High level of professionalism, reliability, and a polished personal presentation aligned with a luxury brand environment.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and shifts as required by boutique operations.
