Job Summary

The Sales Supervisor is responsible for managing sales performance and daily retail operations across MYWALIT, Nectar Life, and Lollipop Factory
. The role ensures achievement of sales targets, strong customer service, staff compliance, product knowledge, and proper store presentation.

• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance across all brands and locations.
• Ensure sales targets are communicated and achieved.
• Coach staff on customer engagement, objection handling, upselling, and closing techniques.
• Conduct regular store and kiosk visits.
• Monitor attendance, punctuality, breaks, grooming, and shift compliance.
• Ensure employees have sufficient product knowledge for each brand.
• Review zero-sales and under performance cases and implement corrective action plans.
• Monitor cleanliness, merchandising, stock availability, and brand presentation.
• Handle customer concerns and
  * escalate* serious complaints when required.
• Coordinate staff schedules, rotations, replacements, and location coverage.
• Report attendance issues, policy violations, stock shortages, and operational concerns.
• Submit accurate sales and performance reports to Management.
• Ensure all management instructions and Company policies are implemented.

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Sales Supervisor or Store Manager.
• Valid UAE or GCC driving license (mandatory).
• UAE retail experience is preferred. Experience in multi-brand or multi-location retail is an advantage.
• Proven ability to train and manage a team in a fun, fast-paced environment.
• Experience in organizing interactive events and family promotions.
• High school diploma required;
  Bachelor’s degree preferred.
