Job Summary:
Contributing to enhancing sales efficiency and increasing product visibility in the markets by executing attractive and well-organized display and merchandising operations, ensuring product availability at points of sale, and maintaining proper coordination with warehouses to replenish stock shortages in a timely manner. Monitoring product movement and tracking competitors’ performance to identify high-demand products, providing recommendations to strengthen leading items, achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction, and expand the company’s market share.
- Arrange and display products at points of sale in an attractive manner, in compliance with the company’s policies and standards.
- Continuously monitor product availability on shelves to ensure there are no shortages.
- Review of Expired Products and Returns
- Continuously monitor product expiration dates at points of sale.
- Record and document expired items according to approved forms and procedures.
- Receive returned products from customers and ensure they meet the relevant conditions and policies.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on damaged, expired, and returned products and submit them to the direct manager.
- Review stock levels at retail locations and coordinate with warehouse data to maintain a balance between supply and demand.
- Coordinate with company warehouses and retail locations to supply products directly to store warehouses without delay, ensuring fast distribution and storage.
- Submit replenishment requests to warehouses when needed to cover shortages and maintain continuous product availability.
- Monitor competing products and record the most popular items in the market to provide periodic reports to management.
- Ensure the safety and quality of products during display and remove damaged or near-expiry items according to company policies.
- Coordinate with the sales team to implement promotional plans and special offers at points of sale.
- Prepare periodic reports on product status, inventory movement, and customer and competitor feedback.
- Maintain the brand image by presenting products professionally to highlight their value.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in merchandising, field sales, or market monitoring for at least 2–4 years.
- Experience in arranging and displaying products, monitoring inventory, and analysing sales trends.
- Ability to use inventory management systems and Microsoft Office applications (Excel and Word) for reporting purposes.
- Experience dealing with various markets, retailers, and suppliers is preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Pay: AED1,551.27 - AED6,002.11 per month
