F&B In-Store Assistant Retail Manager - Eataly

The F&B In-Store Assistant Retail Manager is responsible for supporting the F&B retail team in the daily business operations of a retail store and delivering high quality customer service to guests while keeping the venue clean and tidy. He/she engages with and assists customers, supervises employees, and carries out directives given.

• Meet stock effectively and meet stock performance objectives by controlling the end-of-month inventory as well as managing all order placement and promotional activities to maximize sales and minimize loss.
• Oversee the retail store image by leading visual merchandising activities with the brand’s guidelines and ensuring manpower is effectively matching operational requirements.
• Ensure effective implementation of service standards and operational procedures including standard expiry process as per the set guidelines in addition to health and safety regulations.
• Greet, help, and serve customers, especially in rush hours to ensure their needs and complaints are answered in a timely manner in compliance with the quality, fostering customer loyalty and building a strong portfolio.
• Implement adequate hygienic policies and procedures and ensure that health and safety are always followed.
• Supervise different restaurant operations such as participating in the opening and closing procedure, checking maintenance, and managing shifts.
• Manage and supervise e-commerce business platforms, check daily online stock availability, meet KPIs, and maintain agreed SLAs.
• Recruit, train, motivate, and evaluate the team to ensure that the department has the necessary skill base, and that staff are optimally motivated and enabled to maximize their potential and contribution to the company.

• Fluency in English;
  Arabic is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Four to six years of experience in F&B Operations, or a similar role.
• One year of experience in a managerial role.
