Responsibilities
- Process transactions efficiently using point-of-sale systems while handling cash and credit transactions accurately
- Provide detailed product knowledge to customers answering inquiries and resolving any issues promptly
- Assist customers in selecting products ensuring a personalized shopping experience that meets their needs
- Handle customer complaints with professionalism aiming for effective resolutions that enhance customer satisfaction
- Conduct inventory checks and assist in managing stock levels to prevent shortages and overstock situations
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in retail or customer service are a plus.
- Proven experience in a retail environment, ideally 1-2 years in a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and foster a welcoming atmosphere.
