About The Job

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team while ensuring the consistent delivery of an exceptional client experience. The Team Manager drives sales performance, talent development, and operational excellence while embodying Louis Vuitton values and leadership behaviors.

• Recruit, develop, and retain a highly motivated team in collaboration with the Store Manager.
• Set individual and team objectives and actively manage performance against expectations.
• Coach team members through regular feedback, on-the-floor support, and development plans.
• Secure succession planning and talent pipeline development.

• Ensure the team consistently delivers the Louis Vuitton promise to every client.
• Support the team in building strong and long-term client relationships through Clienteling.
• Foster a strong client-centric mindset and proactively manage client-related situations.

• Act as a role model on the sales floor, supporting the team with selling, cross-selling, and client repurchase.
• Build and maintain a personal client portfolio.
• Ensure optimal floor management to maximize business opportunities and service standards.

• Communicate and animate corporate strategy, business priorities, and objectives through briefings and training sessions.
• Contribute qualitative market and client feedback to country and regional teams.
• Implement action plans to boost performance through clienteling, visual merchandising, and team engagement.

• Ensure policies, brand standards, and grooming guidelines are respected.
• Support inventory management and operational processes.
• Partner with the Store Manager on workforce planning and store organization.

• Proven experience in luxury retail, with previous team leadership exposure.
• Strong people management and coaching capabilities.
• Commercially driven with a strong sense of ownership.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to lead by example in a demanding retail environment.
• Arabic speaking
