We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Retail Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the retail store The ideal candidate will lead the sales team ensure excellent customer service maintain visual merchandising standards monitor inventory and drive sales performance while ensuring smooth store operations

• Supervise the daily operations of the retail store and ensure efficient workflow
• Lead coach and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service
• Monitor staff attendance performance and work schedules
• Ensure the store is clean organized and visually appealing in line with company merchandising standards
• Assist customers with product inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
• Monitor stock levels coordinate inventory replenishment and minimize stock discrepancies
• Conduct regular stock counts and support inventory audits
• Ensure accurate cash handling POS transactions and end-of-day reconciliation
• Analyze sales performance and recommend strategies to improve revenue
• Train new employees on company policies customer service and product knowledge
• Ensure compliance with company policies health and safety regulations and operational procedures
• Prepare daily and weekly sales and operational reports for management

• High School Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in retail operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Experience in supermarkets, hypermarkets, fashion retail, electronics, lifestyle, or FMCG retail is preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
