We are looking for a Cashier to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills and be comfortable with handling financial transactions. We are willing to consider immigrants for this position.

• Greet customers when they enter the store and provide assistance or answer questions
• Process payments using electronic cash registers or point-of-sale systems
• Scan items, collect payments, and issue receipts or change
• Receive and process payments by cash, check, credit card or automatic debit
• Count money in the cash drawer at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is sufficient change
• Answer customer inquiries regarding store policies, products and services
• Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education is an asset
• Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment is preferred
• Understanding of basic bookkeeping procedures; basic computer skills including knowledge of POS systems
• Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
