Salary: 1600 AED/month

We are looking for an experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Bani Yas City. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for the coordination, management and display of all products in assigned retail stores. You will work closely with store management teams to ensure optimal product placement and customer service.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Creating and maintaining a visual merchandising plan that is tailored to each store's needs and maximizes sales potential.
• Developing creative displays that highlight product features and promote sales.
• Ensuring that merchandise is correctly priced, labeled, ticketed and displayed according to company guidelines.
• Building relationships with store managers and personnel to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintaining accurate records of product inventory, pricing and promotions as well as tracking sales data.
• Keeping abreast of industry trends in order to recommend new products or strategies.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Merchandiser or related position in the retail sector.
• Excellent customer service skills with an eye for detail and visual aesthetics.
• Ability to think strategically about product placement, promotions, inventory levels and display set ups.
• Ability to lift up to 30 kgs (66 lbs).
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel & Word).
