Entry Level Merchandiser

We are currently hiring an Entry Level Merchandiser to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are displayed and promoted in a visually appealing and organized manner.

• Ensure all merchandise is stocked and displayed according to company standards
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate any shortages or overstocked items to the appropriate department
• Rotate products to ensure freshness and prevent expiration
• Collaborate with sales team to strategize on product placement and promotions
• Conduct regular store visits to check on product availability, pricing, and displays
• Build strong relationships with store managers and staff to ensure optimal merchandise placement and visibility
• Train store staff on how to properly merchandise products based on company guidelines
• Collect data on sales performance, customer feedback, and competitor activities to make recommendations for improvement

• High school diploma or equivalent required;
  Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
• Previous experience in merchandising or retail preferred but not required for entry level position
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with store managers and staff
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data collection and analysis

• This is a contract position with a salary of $1400 per month.
• Free visa sponsorship and airfare for non-local candidates.
