Merchandiser for Retail Store in Abu Dhabi, UAE

We are seeking a detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our retail store team in Abu Dhabi. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper display and organization of products in our store to drive sales and create an optimal shopping experience for our customers.

• Work closely with the buying team to understand the brand's vision and product assortment
• Create visual displays that are visually appealing and align with the brand's aesthetic
• Ensure all products are properly stocked and displayed on the sales floor
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate any stock needs or issues to the buying team
• Collaborate with store management to plan and execute promotions and sales events
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store at all times
• Train and supervise sales associates on proper merchandising techniques
• Continuously analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement in product placement and visual displays

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in a retail environment
• Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles, trends, and techniques
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
• Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
• Knowledge of inventory management systems is preferred but not required

Salary: $1300/month (tax-free)
