Merchandiser in Abu-Dhabi, UAE
We are looking for an experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a combination of excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, as well as a keen eye for detail. The Merchandiser will be responsible for increasing sales through the efficient promotion, display and sale of products in stores. We offer a competitive salary of 1300 AED per month with potential for growth and room to learn and develop new skills.
We are ready to consider an immigrant for this role.
- Bachelor’s degree in merchandising or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in retail merchandising, buying or related field
- Excellent communication, problem solving, and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask with attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Knowledge of retail industry trends
- Understand the product categories, their features and advantages over competitors’ offerings to effectively promote them
- Work with store staff to create eye-catching displays that draw customers’ attention
- Train store staff on product features and advantages
- Monitor stock levels and place orders when necessary
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement
- Ensure all products are labeled correctly
