Merchandiser for Retail Store in Abu Dhabi, UAE

We are currently hiring a Merchandiser to join our team at a retail store in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Our ideal candidate would be an experienced individual with a passion for merchandising and a keen eye for detail. This position is open to all nationalities, but preference will be given to Indian candidates. This is a part-time role, perfect for those looking for flexible working hours.

As a Merchandiser, your main responsibility will be to ensure that our store displays are visually appealing and attract customers. You will work closely with the store manager and other team members to plan and execute merchandising strategies that align with the overall store goals. Your creativity and attention to detail will play a vital role in maintaining the store's aesthetic appeal.

The ideal candidate should have previous experience in merchandising, preferably in the retail industry. You should have excellent communication skills as you will be required to interact with customers and other team members on a daily basis. The ability to multitask and work under pressure is essential in this fast-paced environment.

This position does not require fluency in English, but basic communication skills are necessary. We welcome candidates who are looking for their first job or those who have previously worked as merchandisers. • Creating visually appealing displays that showcase our products effectively
• Ensuring that all products are properly stocked and displayed according to company standards
• Communicating with the store manager about any changes or adjustments needed for displays
• Maintaining proper inventory levels by monitoring stock levels and ordering new products when necessary
• Keeping up-to-date with current trends and implementing them into displays
• Providing excellent customer service by answering questions about products or directing customers to the appropriate team member
• Collaborating with the marketing team to plan and execute promotions and sales events

• Previous experience in merchandising, preferably in a retail setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
• Creativity and attention to detail
• Basic English communication skills (fluency not required)
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Flexibility with working hours and availability for part-time shifts
